In the touch-up it is required to have at least 50% of extensions, otherwise we will charge the price of a new set!

If you notice you do not have much lash extensions left and are not sure whether to book a touch-up or a new set, please book right away a new set so we will have enough time to do your lashes or contact us first.

-With the classic lashes technique, one individual synthetic lash is applied to one natural lash to create a set of beautiful natural - looking lashes. The volume of the end result depends on how many natural lashes we have to work with, so for naturally fine or sparse lashes, the hybrid or volume technique could be more suitable.

- In volume lashes a fan technique is used to create a more fuller look than it is possible to achieve with classic extensions. Depending on the preferred result, the fans can be made out of 2-6 super light extensions, added to one single natural eyelash, either resulting in a more lighter look or a more darker look. Volume lashes are much more lighter than classic lashes, this allows us to create a more darker and fuller look without damaging natural lashes.

- Hybrid eyelash extensions combine classic and volume techniques into one. This type of lash extensions are helpful if you have sparse lashes and need extra volume to fill in the gaps. With hybrid technique it is possible to have a more fuller look than it is possible to achieve with classic extensions, also they have a less uniform look than volume extensions.

Our lash extensions range from lengths 6-13 mm, we do not use longer extensions!

We do not do touch-ups to lashes covered in mascara and heavy make-up, because unclean lash extensions can cause eye infections and irritations, it also ruins the fan effect of the volume lashes and can lead to lash fallout, extension damage and dramatically decrease the length of time your lash extensions look full.

We will remove the extensions and charge for the price of a full set.

We are accepting any new and returning clients that have lash extensions from a different company within specific guidelines to ensure the safest execution of the service. We will inspect the set to determine if it is possible to refill the lashes. If the work is not applied correctly or the current condition of the lashes are not workable, we will require a removal in addition to a full set to be booked instead.

How to Prepare for Your Eyelash Extension Appointment

-Do not wear any eye make-up when arriving to the lash appointment. Make-up on your lids or lashes could cause premature lash extension loss.
-Remove contact lenses before the appointment.

-Do not curl your lashes on the day of your lash application.
- If you have any eye irritations like dryness, pain or itchiness, please reschedule your appointment.
- If you have had any allergies or sensitivities regarding eyelash extensions, please let us know before booking an appointment.

- We offer a 7 day lash warranty! Contact with the salon must be made within 5 days of the original service date. We will not accept any review appointment made later, as lashes will be overexposed to everyday wear and tear and will void the lash warranty.

Correct aftercare instructions should always be followed, if it is decided that improper aftercare has been used then you can either infill the missing lashes at your next appointment or refill them on the spot at the normal infill price.

 After care for eyelash extensions

-Keep your eyelash extensions dry for 2 hours after your appointment. Avoid sauna and swimming for 24h.

-Excess heat can damage your extensions and affect the life span of your extensions.

-Do not use eyelash curlers, because it can break the extensions and also damage your own lashes.

- Be gentle. Do not rub or pull on your eyelash extensions.

-Do not use mascara and keep eye creams and all oil based products away from the eyes and remember that everything on your face will travel to the eye area. Oil WILL breakdown the adhesive and you will have premature lash extension loss.

-Wash your lashes daily with a lash shampoo! Keeping your eyelashes clean is crucial for good retention and lash health. If your lashes are dirty then bacteria will start to grow on them which will affect the ability for your eyelashes to grow. The function of eyelashes is to protect the eyeball by catching particles and debris, so when you have eyelash extensions you are going to catch and collect more particles and debris than you normally would which makes it easier for bacteria to grow. Once bacteria starts to grow, it can cause your oil glands along the lash line to get inflamed which will result in lash loss and can also cause eye infections.

-Use oil-free make-up remover. Do not use cotton on your lash extensions. Apply lash shampoo with your fingers, rubbing gently down the lashes or use a soft brush and then rinse with water.

-Brush your lashes daily. After you have washed your extensions, wait until your lashes are completely dry to brush them, especially volume lashes.

-Eyelash extension touch-ups are necessary every 2-4 weeks. Natural lashes are on a cycle, constantly falling out and being replaced, so some of the extensions will fall with the natural lash to which they are bonded.

The life cycle of your natural lashes can impact the longevity of your eyelash extensions. At any given time, your lashes may be at different stages of the life cycle. This means that your lash extensions may begin to fall out at different moments. This is why it is normal you might notice lashes falling already right after your lash appointment. Also your diet, medications, mascara and overall eye make-up, hormones, stress, if you have oily skin type can affect the retention.

- Always let a professional remove your extensions, removing them yourself can damage your lashes and it may take months for your lashes to grow back. At our salon we are using a special liquid that softens the eyelash extension glue, making it easy and safe to remove.
